Wellness Clinic Program

The Wellness Clinic Program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the residents in independent living. Our goal is to help residents maintain their highest level of independence by providing preventive health services and education and focusing on a Mind and Body Approach.

Clinic Services include:

• Medication Overview and education
• Education lectures
• Health fairs
• Prevention programs
• Education of Disease Processes
• Health Screenings such as diabetes, hypertension, depression, hearing, dental, pain and eye sight
• Blood pressure checks
• Dressing changes
• B 12 injections
• Urinalysis
• Lab work such as proteomes, cholesterol, glucose and others
• Health monitoring
