Once qualified, residents pay a one time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee to live in either an apartment home or garden home.  Should additional assistance be needed in assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing, life care residents are guaranteed access with virtually no increase in the monthly service fee.  The only extra costs would be for ancillary charges such as meals, prescriptions, medical equipment etc.
