Residents at Carlyle Place pay a one time Entrance Fee and on-going Monthly Service Fees to enjoy the Carlyle Place lifestyle.  Fees vary depending on the type of residence and financial plan selected.

The 90% Refundable Plan refunds the Resident or the Resident's estate an amount equal to no less than 90% of the Entrance Fee paid when the Resident leaves the community. The 90% Refundable Plan does require a higher entrance fee, however it offers the advantage of securing future living arrangements while preserving most of the entrance fee for estate preservation. 

The Declining Refund Plan offers the most affordable entrance fees. The entrance fee is amortized over a 48 month period with the refundable balance declining 2% each month.

There is a tax deduction on a portion of the Entrance Fee and also on the Monthly Service Fee.  Carlyle Place provides a Medical Deduction letter to each resident with the deductible amount for the current taxable year.
